One of the west-bound lanes of Farrington Highway is closed to traffic near the Kahe Point power plant.

Police said a truck caught on fire, pulled over to the side of the road and ignited a brushfire.

The fire has been contained but the lane will be closed for at least 30 minutes more, police said at about 11:20 a.m.
