The Hawai'i Kai Neighborhood Board will hold a forum Tuesday with the state House candidates for District 17.

The one-hour forum will start at 7:30 p.m. at Hahaione Elementary School.

The candidates are state Rep. Gene Ward, a Republican, and Amy Monk, a Democrat. Beth-Ann Kozlovich, executive producer and host of Hawai'i Public Radio's "Town Square," will serve as moderator.

The candidates received questions in advance of the forum to discuss. As time permits, the moderator will ask additional questions from the audience.

Following the forum, the board will resume its regular meeting.
