Reno man drowned at Makaha

The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office today determined a Reno, Nev., man drowned yesterday while snorkeling in waters off Makaha Beach Park.

Franklin Hamilton, 63, was taken to the Wai'anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center and pronounced dead at 11:15 a.m.
