Average Hawaii gas price unchanged at $2.43 a gallon
The average price of a gallon of gasoline statewide was unchanged this week at $2.43, AAA Hawaii reported.
In Honolulu, the average price was $2.36 a gallon, up 1 cent from last week. The Honolulu average was down 2 cents from a month ago, and $1.18 lower than a year ago.
In Hilo, the average price was $2.49 a gallon, down 3 cents from a week ago. It was 3 cents lower than a month ago, and $1.12 lower than a year ago.
The average price in Wailuku of $2.63 a gallon was 2 cents higher than last week and 2 cents higher than and a month ago. It was down $1.36 from a year ago.
