Voters in City Council District 3 (Kane'ohe, Kailua, Waimanalo) can hear from their candidates at 7 tonight at Queen Lili'uokalani Children's Center, 46-316 Ha'iku Road in Kane'ohe.

Some 11 candidates are seeking office for the seat recently left vacant following the death of Councilwoman Barbara Marshall.

The free forum is open to the public. It is sponsored by the Ko'olaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club and will follow a brief general membership meeting.
