Miller beats Hose for Kingdom MMA middleweight title

Jason "Mayhem" Miller won the inaugural Kingdom MMA middleweight championship by defeating Wai'anae's Kala Kolohe Hose tonight.
Miller applied a choke hold, prompting Hose to submit, 2 minutes, 23 seconds into the first round. It was scheduled for five rounds.
The fighters exchanged punches and kicks early, then Miller seized control
when he took Hose to the mat one minute into the round.
A crowd of around 3,000 at the Blaisdell Center Arena watched the bout.
In the semi-main event, Ricky Wallace defeated Brandon Pieper via rear naked
choke, 44 seconds into the first round of a lightweight (155 pounds) bout.
In a professional grappling bout, Rylan Lizares defeated Ronald Jhun with an
ankle lock, 4:01 into the first round. No striking was allowed in the bout,
and the only way to win was via submission.
