RENTON, Wash. — The Seahawks are getting more calls about trading down out of the No. 4 pick in Saturday's NFL draft — whatever that means.
Seattle president and general manager Tim Ruskell said Thursday there has been more discussion in the last week from other teams exploring a move up to the fourth overall choice. Ruskell said he wouldn't call the interest a flood.
He said the Seahawks will listen to all offers. Speculation has intensified that teams such as Washington, Denver or the New York Jets want to trade up to draft quarterback Mark Sanchez of Southern California.
"As you know, there's a lot of lying going on right now," Ruskell said.
