Workers at the Kaanapali Beach Club have voted to ratify a new two-year contract.

The new agreement provides for a 3.5 percent wage increase and requires any new employer assume the union's contract in the event the hotel is sold or transferred, said United Here! Local 5, which represents the union workers.
