Police pulled over a vehicle in the Waipahu area that appeared to be operating erratically Saturday at 8:40 a.m. and discovered that the car was stolen.

They also found an ice pipe, according to a police report. The 19-year-old woman driving the car had no driver's license. She was arrested on drug counts and for driving without a license.
