Makani Duhaylonsod-Kaleimamahu batted 3 for 3 with a grand slam, and Audrey Andrade and Kanani Pu'u-Warren also homered as Hawai'i beat New Mexico State, 11-3, to earn a split of a Western Athletic Conference softball doubleheader yesterday.
The game was shortened to 4 1/2 innings at Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium because of the mercy rule.

Stephanie Ricketts allowed five hits and three runs for the victory.
In the first game, Kim Watson pitched a two-hitter with five strikeouts as New Mexico State beat Hawai'i 3-1.
Tanisha Milca homered in the sixth for Hawai'i's only run.
Hawai'i is 26-22 and 12-6; New Mexico State is 30-17 and 10-7.
The Rainbow Wahine will conclude their regular season with a series against visiting Boise State Friday and Saturday.
