A woman in her 60s was in critical condition after she was retrieved from ocean waters fronting the Moana Surfrider hotel in Waikiki at 6:50 p.m. last night.

Paramedics transported the woman to a nearby hospital in critical condition, said Bryan Cheplic, city Emergency Medical Services spokesman. When paramedics arrived the woman was on the shore, Cheplic said.
