Viloria, who is 25-2 with 15 knockouts, defeated Mexico’s Ulises Solis via 11th round knockout in April to win the IBF world championship in the 108-pound division.
Iribe is 15-5-5. He fought for the WBC light flyweight title in February 2008, losing a 12-round decision to Edgar Sosa.
