Jogger hit by car July 14 died of her injuries on Friday
A woman who was struck by a car while she was jogging in Mililani on July 14 died Friday.
The city medical examiner identified the woman as Wendy Davis, 40, of Mililani. Davis died of head injuries she received in the accident, the medical examiner's office said.
Police said Davis, a teacher at Mililani High School, was jogging at Meheula Parkway and Kuahelani Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. July 14 when she was hit by a car making a left turn.
Davis was taken to the hospital in critical condition, and died Friday of her injuries.
