Man, 38, arrested for alleged burglary, sexual assault
A 38-year-old man was arrested in Waikiki on Tuesday afternoon in connection with a burglary and sexual assault complaint filed by a Honolulu man.
The complainant, 29, told police he awoke in his Kina'u Street apartment about 5:40 a.m. July 18 to find a man touching him. He said he chased the man out of his room, which is in a boarding house, and later discovered $120 missing from his wallet.
Police yesterday found the suspect and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree sexual assault.
