Rally planned at State Capitol over 'local jobs' going to Mainland firms
Local Jobs for Local People are planning a rally at the State Capitol today in protest of “local jobs being taken by companies from the Mainland in both the public and private sectors.”
The group cites the first phase of the Aloha Stadium renovation, renovation of the State Capitol seal and Waikiki hotels as examples.
The rally is from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
