Kaiser Permanente Hawaii will host a Cancer Survivor Day celebration today that will feature hula and entertainment provided by cancer patients. There will also be an Oncology on Canvas, giving participants the opportunity to paint a piece of art as a means of expressing their journey with cancer.

The event will be held at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center. Entertainment will be in the first-floor lobby from noon to 2 p.m. and the Oncology on Canvas will be from 2 to 4 p.m. in the education room of the first floor.
