The city’s Shaka Santa and Tutu Mele arrived at City Hall this morning in time to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Honolulu City Lights on Saturday.

Mayor Mufi Hannemann said Santa’s refurbished gingerbread house made the trek from the city’s warehouse in Sand Island last week. Work now involves packing and prepping the rest of the Christmas displays, including new ones over the next two days.
