A 36-year-old Makiki man was arrested and charged yesterday in connection with an alleged rock-throwing incident nearly five months ago.

A 21-year-old woman told police she was sitting in a car about 4:20 p.m. July 18 in Kaneohe when the man threw a rock at the car, damaging it.
William Kupukaa was charged with first-degree criminal property damage. His bail was set at $25,000.
