The state Department of Transportation said there will be intermittent single-lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in both directions near the South Punaluu Stream Bridge (Mile Post 24.42) today through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. as work crews lay the groundwork for the construction of a temporary bridge.
