Power has been restored to some 210 residences, businesses and hotels in the Waikiki and Diamond Head areas after a service disruption, HECO spokesman Darren Pai said.

The outage was reported at 11:45 a.m. and power was restored at 1:26 p.m., Pai said.
The source of the outage was a problem with an underground cable, Pai said.
