Outrigger Enterprises Group today assumed management of The Kapalua Villas, a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom villas located in the Kapalua Resort on Maui.

The property will continue to be marketed under the name The Kapalua Villas and will be operated by Outrigger, according to Barry Wallace, executive vice president of hospitality services for Outrigger Enterprises Group.
“We are committed to applying our expertise in condominium management and resort operations to The Kapalua Villas,” Wallace said.
He said teams have been working in tandem over the past month to ensure a smooth transition of operations and personnel.
“After conducting our interview process, I am happy to say that we have extended job offers to all current Kapalua Villa employees who applied. Outrigger will also honor all existing reservations and rates,” Wallace said.
