Christmas celebrations take to the water this weekend at the 13th annual Festival of Lights Boat Parade in Hawai'i Kai and holiday boat tours at Pearl Harbor.

The free Hawaii Kai Marina Community Association parade also features entertainment from Maunalua, Ka Hale I o Kähala Hälau Hula from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the Hawaii Kai Towne Center. Call 396-0766 for information.
The USS Arizona Memorial Visitor Center is the launch site for harbor-side tours every 15 minutes from 6 to 8:15 p.m. today and tomorrow. The event features Christmas music and ships and submarines decorated for the holidays. The Holiday Festivals of Lights is free, but canned food donations will be accepted.
