Bounty hunter Timothy Chapman was found not guilty of indecent exposure charges in Circuit Court today.

Chapman is a sidekick of Duane "Dog" Chapman, star of the popular "Dog the Bounty Hunter" reality television show.

"I believe the judge said it all," Chapman said after the verdict was announced by Circuit Judge Richard Perkins.

Chapman in direct testimony today denied witness accounts that he appeared to be masturbating or fondling himself while sitting in a truck at the Ala Moana Shopping Center on the evening of Jan. 3, 2008.

In ruling Chapman was not guilty of his charges, Perkins said that the state did not present direct evidence that Chapman was aware that a woman who walked by was outside his truck.
