Kauai police ask help in finding missing teen

Kauai police are asking for the public's help finding a teen runaway.
According to police, 15-year-old Christine Toguchi was reported missing on Jan. 23.
She is believed to be with her boyfriend.
Toguchi is 5 feet 5 and about 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and long brown hair, a tan complexion and a thin build.
Anyone with information about Toguchi is urged to call Police Dispatch (241-1711), KPD Investigative Services Bureau (241-1696), or Crime Stoppers (241-1887).
