Library hosts four free programs this month
'Ewa Beach Public & School Library will host four programs this month in the Meeting Room. Admission is free.
On Jan. 13, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., "A "Children's Mystery Afternoon Movie" will feature an animated motion picture starring a martial arts panda. For children of all ages and their parents/caregivers.
On Jan. 14, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., learn how to make 1-, 3-, or 4-straw ribbon lei in "Ribbon Leis with Ms. Gloria." Supplies will be provided by the library. For ages 12 and older. Limited to 10 participants.
On Jan. 15, at 10:30 a.m., "Get Your Family Legal Affairs Organized" will be conducted by attorney Scott Suzuki, a lawyer in private practice, and a volunteer with the University of Hawai'i at Manoa Elder Law Program.
On Jan. 21, from 2 to 3 p.m., parents and caregivers are invited to a presentation about "The Parent Line," a free statewide telephone help line that provides support, information and referral to callers with concerns about their child's behavior and development or family problems.
