CB RICHARD ELLIS

CB Richard Ellis has appointed Kimberly Lord asset services managing director. Lord will also continue her responsibilities as managing director retail services in Hawai'i, leadership of the National Strategic Retail Advisory team and oversight of the Hawaii Retail brokerage.

XEROX HAWAII

Jennifer Crowe and David Ariyoshi have been appointed marketing representatives at Xerox Hawaii.

Crowe previously served as a Xerox customer training specialist. Ariyoshi was previously a marketing manager for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Vacation Ownership division.

SOCIETY FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Carla Thomas, Human Resources director at Grand Hyatt Kauai & Spa, has been elected president of the Society for Human Resource Management Hawaii Chapter. SHRM Hawaii is a nonprofit trade organization representing more than 1,300 human resource professionals in Hawai'i.

PHILIP K. WHITE & ASSOCIATES

Green architecture firm Philip K. White & Associates has hired Kamu Dickson as administrative assistant. She will assist with accounting, bill processing and coordinating general office functions.

UHA

UHA has appointed Michael Walsh and Nolan Namba to its board of directors. Walsh will head the investment/finance committee, Namba the public relations/marketing committee.

UHA also has promoted Kimberly Soares to account executive. She will be responsible for achieving assigned sales goals through successful business development.
