Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc., a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust that owns office buildings in Honolulu, announced its President and Chief Executive Officer Dallas E. Lucas will leave the company at the end of August.

The company said an executive search committee has been formed and that Jay H. Shidler, chairman, will serve as interim CEO if a replacement is not found by September.
