WNBA: Storm's Lauren Jackson out indefinitely

SEATTLE — Seattle Storm All-Star Lauren Jackson is out indefinitely with a strained Achilles tendon.
The Australian center was injured late in the third quarter of Wednesday night's home loss to Detroit.
A team spokesman said Jackson did not travel with her team Thursday to Sacramento, Calif., for Friday's game at the Monarchs. She remains in Seattle for treatment and is listed as day-to-day.
The Storm return home Sunday to play Minnesota.
Jackson was one of three Seattle stars selected this week to start in the WNBA All-Star game July 25. It was her seventh selection to the All-Star team.
