John Flanagan and Rachel Ross won the men's and women's titles at this morning Tinman Triathlon in Waikiki.

Flanagan won the men's title in 1 hour, 47 minutes, 11.5 seconds. Tim Marr, who won the last three titles, was second in 1:48:35.4.
Ross, who won the 2007 women's title, was first today in 1:59:51.9. Katherine Nichols was a close second in 2:00:16.4.
The Tinman featured a 800-meter swim, 40-kilometer bike ride and 10-kilometer run.
