Celebrity chef Eric Ripert of New York's Le Bernardin and "Top Chef" judging fame will host his own traveling cooking show beginning this fall on PBS.

Shot in High Definition, the 10-episode series, "Avec Eric" ("With Eric") is designed to show the farmers, food producers, winemakers, fishermen and others who keep the chef inspired and to explore not only how to cook, but why we do, and why we should, its meaning in our lives.
The series travels from northern California to Tuscany and other beautiful locales.
