The ongoing gentle winds are expected to last through Tuesday, the National Weather Service said.
Sea breezes will allow the development of clouds and showers each afternoon, while land breezes will bring clearing skies at night, forecasters said.
Trade winds will eventually spread over the entire state, probably by the middle of the week. The anticipated return of the trades will bring some showers, mainly to windward and mauka areas of the state, but rainfall will remain rather light.
