Hawaii weather: Trades to make their return today

The trade winds are due to blow back into town today and should strengthen through tomorrow, the National Weather Service said.
The trades are expected to remain breezy through the weekend, forecasters said.
With trade winds prevailing, clouds and showers will favor windward and mauka areas, mainly during nights and mornings. The atmosphere will be stable, and minimal rainfall is expected through the weekend.
Trade winds will ease early next week, and there is a chance for increased showers Monday and Tuesday.

Today: Isolated showers before noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 86. East wind between 11 and 14 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73. East wind between 14 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 85. East wind between 14 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday Night: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73. East wind between 11 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
