Hawaii Theatre Center and Indigo restaurant formally announced today that they have signed a new, 10-year lease for the restaurant’s space at 1121 Nuuanu Avenue.

The lease was announced at a joint news conference.
“We are thrilled to have reached an agreement that restores a friendship forged more than 15 years ago when Indigo signed its first lease with Hawaii Theatre Center,” said Hawaii Theatre Center President Sarah Richards.
Indigo owner and Chef Glenn Chu said the restaurant has begun a $300,000 remodeling to enhance and refresh the furnishings and fixtures throughout the restaurant.
The restaurant is also making menu changes for its dinners.
