Organizers of the 9th annual Windward Ho'olaulea are seeking vendors for the Sept. 26 event at Windward Community College.

The event is free and traditionally draws about 15,000 people.

The family-oriented event includes entertainment by Ledward Kaapana, Brother Noland, Holunape, hula halau and others.
