MLB: Mets' Castillo still shaken after costly error

NEW YORK — Mets second baseman Luis Castillo says he had trouble sleeping after dropping a popup in the ninth inning Friday night, costing his team a game against the New York Yankees.
Castillo says he is grateful for his teammates' support and all the messages he received from other players across the majors.
Castillo dropped Alex Rodriguez's two-out popup as Derek Jeter scored from second and Mark Teixeira from first, giving the Yankees a wild 9-8 victory.
Manager Jerry Manuel put Castillo in the leadoff spot for Saturday's game against the Yankees. He says he had no special message for Castillo, just telling him he was happy to see him when he arrived for the game.
