Catch the debut today of Miche Bags. The Miche (“me-chee”) bag is a simple, classic shell (in black or brown) with magnets on the sides to which a decorative outside shell can be attached.

Former first lady Vicky Cayetano and her sister, entertainer/pianist Ginny Tiu, are holding a trunk show at which the bags will be for sale. The event is free and open to the public, 2 to 4 p.m. today at the Waialae Country Club. Open to all; no RSVP required. Base bags sell for $30 and the shells for $20; www.bagsbymichehawaii.com.
