LIHUE — The Kauai Police Deartment is asking the public’s help in finding a woman who has missing about five years.

Police believe Lara Coulter may still be in the Kapaa area. Coulter, 40, last contacted her family in 2003.
Coulter is about 5 feet 7 and weighs about 140 pounds. She has blue eyes and long brown hair.
Anyone with information about Coulter is urged to call KPD’s Investigative Services Bureau at 241-1696, Police Dispatch, 241-1711, or Crime Stoppers, 241-1887.
