Honolulu police on lookout for impaired drivers

Honolulu police will be conducting impaired-driver checkpoints during the coming St. Patrick's Day, spring break and Easter weekends and holidays.
Checkpoints will be set up at unannounced times and places from tomorrow until April 30.
As of March 3, 17 people had been killed in 15 traffic collisions on Oahu. Alcohol and speed have been determined to be factors in at least six of those crashes.
