The Navy yesterday identified a man whose body was found at a playground in Pearl Harbor's Makalapa housing area Sunday as Joseph Allen.

Allen, 48, was a civilian employee of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Navy said.

A cause of death has not been determined, but there was no evidence of foul play, the Navy said.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service is conducting an investigation.
