A traffic accident on the Pali Highway, Kailua-bound, has created slow-going traffic this morning.

The accident was reported at 5:36 a.m. No major injuries have been reported, according to emergency personnel.

The accident is at the hairpin turn, just before St. Stephens Diocesan Center, according to police.

One lane of traffic is still open, said police, who are still at the scene.
