The Honolulu Police Department traffic division reports the following road conditions this morning on O'ahu:

At the H-1 Freeway east and west bound directions in the area of the Kunia offramp, water is ponding about 12 inches deep. Drivers are urged to use caution.

The H-1 westbound by the School Street offramp is also being affected by ponding in the roadway.

Although the freeway is not closed, motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes due to the hazardous road conditions. The right lane of the Pali Highway Kailua bound by St. Stephen's is closed because of a vehicle accident.
