University of Hawai'i freshman Stephanie Ricketts pitched a no-hitter in a 3-0 victory over Louisiana Tech today in the first game of a Western Athletic Conference doubleheader at Ruston, La.

Louisiana Tech won the second game 8-1.

Rickets faced 22 batters, striking out one and walking one. The Rainbow Wahine scored three runs in the second inning on RBI singles by Anne Titcomb and Makani Duhaylonsod-Kaleimamahu and Tanisha Milca's RBI walk.

In the second game, Louisiana Tech's Meghan Krieg struck out a career high 14 batters, spacing three hits and walking three.
