Unlimited bus pass proposed for UH students
The University of Hawai'i Board of Regents approved a proposal to establish an unlimited-ride bus pass that would cost $20 a semester for students.
The proposal could begin as early as Spring 2010 pending the completion of a Memorandum of Understanding with the city.
The Associated Students of the University of Hawai'i requested the proposal that would allow unlimited student ridership on all routes of TheBus and improved inter-campus transportation services.
The proposal would be implemented for two years and evaluated for continuation.
