A man who appeared to be in his late 50s was taken to a local hospital in stable condition tonight after police responded to a report of a stabbing in Waianae.

Honolulu police received a report at 6:52 p.m. from a caller who said a neighbor had stabbed their father at 87-434 Kulawae St.
