Man faces assault charge for urinating on woman
A passenger on a flight from Los Angeles to Honolulu has been charged with assault for allegedly urinating on a woman in the row ahead of him.
Kenneth Jerome Kingzio was arrested by the FBI Saturday after Continental Flight 3 landed at Honolulu International Airport, according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court here yesterday.
According to the complaint, a 66-year-old woman told authorities that Kingzio was seated in the row behind her, across the aisle, and was drinking heavily and annoying passengers during the flight.
About halfway through the trip, while the woman was watching a movie, Kingzio stood up in the aisle, undid his pants "and urinated on her right arm, side and leg," according to the criminal complaint.
The woman pushed Kingzio "back towards his seat as he continued to urinate," FBI Special Agent A. Ripley McGuinn said in a sworn affidavit filed with the complaint.
An employee of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was sitting two rows behind the victim and verified her account of what happened, McGuinn said in his affidavit.
