Rescue crews suspend search for two missing hikers in Hauula

Honolulu Fire Department rescue crews have suspended their search for a pair of hikers missing since yesterday in the areas around the Ma�akua Ridge and Hau�ula Loop trails.
HFD spokesperson Capt. Robert Main said the men went hiking yesterday around 11 a.m. but have not returned. The men were believed to have a cell phone, but they have been out of contact.
Rescues crews suspended the search due to darkness and worsening weather. Main said the search will resume tomorrow morning.
