Motorcyclist killed in collision with Hawaiian Telcom truck was Wahiawa man

The medical examiner's office today identified a motorcyclist who was killed yesterday when he collided with a Hawaiian Telcom truck on Kamehameha Highway in Kaaawa as Mark Lamm, 49, of Wahiawa.
A teen-age girl who was a passenger on Lamm's motorcycle was injured in the collision.
It was one of two crashes on Kamehameha Highway yesterday that forced closure of the busy highway as police investigated. In the other accident, a bicyclist was critically injured when he was struck by a car.
