Seat belt enforcement effort kicks off today, ends May 31
Police from all four counties and the state Department of Transportation will launch their annual "Click It Or Ticket" seat belt enforcement campaign today.
The campaign runs through May 31. Violators of seat belt laws will be fined $92.
