Shane Sparks, a hip-hop choreographer best known for his work as a judge and choreographer for "So You Think You Can Dance" and "America's Best Dance Crew," was in town last weekend holding dance auditions at Pipeline Café.

Sparks won the American Choreography Award for being co-choreographer of the 2004 film "You Got Served."

Last weekend's auditions were for his latest show, "The Greatest Dancer," a reality TV battle dance competition.
