Two men were arrested about midday yesterday after a witness called police to report a car break-in in Waikiki.
The witness told police she heard a crash and saw one of the men reach through the car window and pull a bag out of the window.
The man then got into a car being driven by a second man.
The witness then called police who located the two suspects and arrested a 27-year-old Kapalama man and a 33-year-old Pearl City man on suspicion of first-degree unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
